Saronniboutique.gr is the online retail store (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) with G.E.MI. No: 171414958000 & VAT No: 178028755, under the trade name: KAPASSO ANNA MARIA DANIEL, engaging in RETAIL TRADE – AFTER IMPORT – OF READY-MADE MEN’S AND WOMEN’S CLOTHING.
The following terms and conditions exclusively govern every sale of products and/or services made through the company’s online store located at www.saronniboutique.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “site”). Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. Every user entering and transacting or making use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor”, “user” or “customer”, depending on whether they are only visiting or also placing an order) is considered to have consented and unreservedly accepted the following terms, without exception. All contracts through the online store are conducted in the Greek language.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are not accepted; only product exchanges are allowed.
In the case of an exchange, the customer bears the cost of all shipping expenses incurred.
If you wish to exchange a product, this must be done within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the garment is in its original condition along with the tag, and after contacting the store either via the Contact page or by phone at +30 28210 71453.
