- The customer is required to check at the time of delivery that the product received is not damaged, and that the items inside the packaging are not damaged or broken due to transportation. If the customer finds that the products are not in proper condition, they must either refuse the delivery to the courier or report any visible defects within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt. If this deadline is missed, the customer loses any related rights and it is assumed that the damage occurred after delivery.
- If you wish to exchange a product, this must be done within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment is in its original condition with the tag attached, and always after prior arrangement with the store, either via a message on the Contact Page or by phone at +30 28210 71453.
- Refunds are not accepted, only product exchanges.
- In the case of a product exchange, the customer bears all shipping costs incurred.
- In all cases, returned products must be accompanied by all original documents (e.g. delivery note, retail receipt, etc.) and be in their complete original packaging. Returns charged to the company will be handled via courier.
